There you will find the rules for each forum and group. The Hillary Clinton group is for posts that are supportive of Hillary Clinton. The General Discussion forum bans certain topics from discussion in that forum, such as the Israel/Palestine conflict.

If you do not take the time to observe and read the rules, you are most likely to get a hide, and a hidden post when your post count is below 100 means an automatic ban. Of course, those who do not read the rules, deserve the ban.

Edited to add: There's also a Terms of Service linked at the bottom of the page that is required reading.
