Yes, even if Castro (the Fidel one, that is) had good intentions when he overthrew Batista, he went the way so many revolutionaries do. He denied democracy to keep power. (Here it is tempting to mention something about not letting Southern Black democrats vote because they don't support another "revolution," but I'll let it be.)

These two Castro men seem much more my kind of revolutionaries - supporting the first female President!
