And that is why having those personal connections will make such a huge difference when she is POTUS. Not only is she a problem solver, but she empowers people to be part of that process, then asks them to show others how they did it.

And at the root of it all, and a huge part of her time at state, was spent promoting the idea that empowered women with a voice are the key to stability and progress all over the world.
