an incremental switch over to single payer is so that the health care industry doesn't collapse.

Yes, we need to rein in pricing. In health care and pharmaceuticals.

But the health care industry right now employs an awful lot of people.

My hope is Clinton manages to push the ball forward on this. There'll be tremendous opposition to even dealing with drug costs/bargaining.
