If the paperwork for both of them was turned in late as the article says, neither should be on the ballot. And the responsibility according to the article is on the DC Democratic Party.
Granted, it is a right-wing source, but the facts as presented are bullshit for Sanders.

I'm also sure it will get sorted in time for him to lose by 60 points in the primary.
