As in, they've consistently and systemically underestimated her level of support by 5 to 8 points and have made no attempts to correct their house effect (Most obvious miss was Ohio where they had Clinton at only +5 right before the vote).

More than likely, and I think other polls will bear this out, Clinton is up 15-20% in NY.
