More often than not, but sometimes he is ok which is light-years better than most "conservatives." Scar and Todd were talking about how Scar and Stephanopoulos tried to goad Hillary into saying Sanders is not qualified and she didn't take the bait. That is a more accurate assessment than I have seen elsewhere.

It also means that Sanders is disingenuous. He is reacting to something Hillary never did. And Scar and Todd are right too to say it's Sanders' last gasp.

I have to give this one to Scar.
