...officials wherever she goes, and when she mentions them in her speech, she's letting the crowd know who in their town or city they could reach out to for additional information if there's not necessarily an HRC campaign office nearby. Local officials are all about GOTV, on a constant basis, and so just a simple shout-out of a name or office and her supporters immediately know where to go to educate themselves.

Unlike Sanders, who name-drops nothing local, doesn't necessarily know anyone from the town, county, or district in which he's campaigning, and who deviates from his typical stump speech never.
