That really is an improvement.

They really disabled that vehicle, somewhat!

You have to wonder if the cops are holding back due to the bloodbath the Chilean forces already gave to the population well within memory of a lot of people living now. I wonder if it is keeping them from going full bull goose looney on the protesters, as they used to do, as they beat them, tortured them, and murdered them in the past.
