I use "twitter rumor" because, at the time, it was definitely a rumor, and Bocaranda and a few others appeared to be the originating source. I didn't know much about Bocaranda or I would've posted about it here. It appears he has a fairly decent source at least, but it's undeniable the rumor was half incorrect.
