It didn't really proof anything until the GN came out of that truck. Also, why is a government truck carrying voting boxes that should be transported by CNE vehicles? Isn't the CNE supposed to not have any political leanings? I find it odd that they would allow voting material to be carried by a PDVAL vehicle.

Second UPDATE: AND some more... This time it's chavistas backed by state police attacking opposition. So, wait, since when do police forces obey one particular political ideology? I thought they were not meant to take sides, only follow orders, and ensure that anyone showing some kind of hostility is dealt with.
