This time, one denied by the family of the victim.

Cicpc (Scientific, penal and criminal investigations bureau) denies Juan Arand, murdered in Ureña, belongs to any political party.

"The family of the victim murdered in Ureña, state of Táchira, said that the victim did not belong to the coordination of any presidential campaign."

The reason for his murder doesn't seem to be connected to politics. They are talking about revenge or even soccer "canchas"...
