La Limonera is a social housing complex in Baruta that houses over 1000 families, another municipality of Caracas, where a lot of spoiled rich shits live. Capriles was its mayor from 2000-2008 before he became its Governor.

When the Capriles supporters showed up and were acting violently, the residents called the police. They called the police at 6AM.

The police didn't show up until 6PM that evening.

However, Baruta police ignored the neighbors calls. It was not until the evening when they came to see what was happening in the housing complex that is home to 1,016 families, and by that the time was it was stalked by caprilistas mob encouraged by the Capriles' call to ignore the election results and get out in the streets.

"They never showed up and we spent all day in that trouble. Later in the night we received information that they were burning all the Integral Diagnostic Centers (CDI) all over and we learned that they were also attacking the Blue Stone right here in Baruta went down to see, to be aware, " he continued telling Perez.

He said that with the possible attack, residents of The Lemon went to the CDI with the intention to protect it from the opposition's mob.

"Finally, Polibaruta (Baruta Police) passed by and we told them we were there in peace, in fact none of us were armed. They left and opposition immediately came and started shooting at us," said Perez.

Jose Luis Ponce, a carpenter, died immediately of multiple gunshot wounds and Rosiris Reyes,a hairdresser and single mother of two children was injured and later died in the morning hours of Wednesday at the Domingo Luciani Hospital of The Llanito.

Now I understand why the residents were telling President Maduro that they want help from the National Police, not the Baruta Police. They told him the Baruta had abandoned them to their fate and they wanted this investigated. Maduro sent in the People's Guards, "la Guardia del Pueblo, to beef up security and help protect the housing project.

If memory serves me correctly, this is the police force Capriles had the FBI come in to train. Nope, my mistake. It's the Chacao police he had trained with "funding from the U.S. embassy for that mission".

During his tenure as mayor of the municipality of Chacao, Capriles signed several agreements with the U.S. FBI to train its municipal police, and received funding from the U.S. embassy for that mission.
