"Re-count": not necessary, not asked for, immaterial with regard to the formal complaint.

100% audit means hundreds of thousands of helpers must invest another few hours of unpaid work, in addition to the time spent on Sunday. There should be a better reason than discontent of a few over losing an election (I don't see millions in the streets). In addition, the opposition leaders are well aware that the outcome will not change, even if every ballot is hand-counted three times over.
