Most of the Anglo press is acting like Capriles won some major victory lol, as if he got what he wanted

The worst spin is by Fox News which puts the like right in their title "Conceding to Opposition Election Council To Audit Venezuela Vote" though they did slip up in one paragraph

Capriles ducked the question when asked by an Associated Press reporter for his explanation of the concession.
