I'd like to highlight he made nice, conciliating comments about Colombia, praised Cuba ("daughter of Bolivar"
, and the points of the meeting of UNASUR in Lima.
Some sentences which I liked:
"I'm a fighter, a warrior, I'll go on, and I'm sure this government will be a government of progress (...), that will overcome all the difficulties"
"We are the ones who can conduct this ship"
"Diosdado proposed (...) and I approved a program to urbanize the "barrios" (...) extending missiones to more than 3,000,000 homes."
"We will respect the oppositionist governors, we will recognize (the oppositionist) governors" (crowds booed a bit when hearing the word "oppositionist"
"He have here the political testament of the Giant (Cháves), of what to do, how to do"
"We have a huge cultural and artistic movement (supporting us)"
