(62,536 posts)I may have made one or two snide remarks but I have not "for years" "denigrated, insulted, lied about Chavez." Like many supporters of the authoritarian left the truth is simply not capable of being realized. If some criticism is made they will denigrate you from the get-go, they will trash you, they will fill your screens with their swill, patting each other on the back in the process, in a bullying, vile, despicable way that only the authoritarian left can muster. Not using ignore you come to get a thick skin to this abuse.
I wish you would stop reading my posts and actually realize my ignore, but I suspect you are constantly seeing what I write here (the fact that you know I am a libertarian socialist indicates you've read many of my posts in this forum). I am not responding to you, I am responding untruths that you post. The ignorance of acting as if Chavez was influenced by Maduro. What a total joke of epic proportions, anyone can watch a Chavez speech and see how much of an articulate orator he was. Anyone can look at his citations in a speech and find that he quotes something word for word. This is an extremely remarkable talent.
BTW, just to underscore the ignorance more, "libertarian socialist" was used in the context of anarchist. All anarchists are libertarian socialists (but not all libertarian socialists are anarchists). But it doesn't surprise me you'd be ignorant of this. I mean, you thought Maduro influenced Chavez. That's just rich.
Anyway, I won't respond to you except for the more atrocious or idiotic things being posted. I haven't actually responded to you terribly much, but I refuse to not respond to an OP that you make, if that OP has content worthy of my discussion. Especially since you have taken it upon yourself to infuse the Latin American forum with propaganda.
