One of the first in the group of the puppet presidents devoted to the cult of Washington Consensus. He shared, of course, the same obsession with privatization, austerity, dismantling of social network of Meném (convicted due to links with drug traffic), Banzer (privatized the rain, "forced" by the World Bank, and killed thousands in the Operação Condor, Cardoso in Brazil (still free as a bird and treated like an intellectual and a gentleman by the Brazilian media, while some billions missing during his term are still to be explained), and coming until Uribe (I won't even start...). There were others, of course. All stuffed themselves with private money while handing the resources of their nations for nothing.

Glad you share the news about Garcia. He was quiet for while, wasn't he?
