from what I remember in the 90s they were quite persistent in exploiting corruption and malfeance. Seems they are still quite on top of things 20 years later. Not sure the reasoning for such a statement other than you simply don't know and/or want others to believe that is the case. Why even say anything then? Keep your postings to what you know and you would save alot of space here.
