This alliance has been great, and it's one of the greatest legacies of Chávez. He started the push for making both countries come closer, before Lula got elected. He was quite happy when Lula won and when Dilma succeeded. Quite vocal and completely honest in his support for Brazil and his effort and actions for a true alliance and a true friendship between people who share the same goals in the continent.
