from Raul Reyes then he threw them under the bus. He supported the FARC ideology and wasn't interested in Colombia being a regional power. Ironically, since the strategy of supporting a destabilized Colombia has failed and Colombia is becoming more of an economic power, it has benefitted Venezuela with imported goods from Colombia that they desperately need.
