Nicolás Maduro tries to sell himself as a politician, but lacks every attribute needed for the post.
Hugo Chávez sold him as his only candidate to replace himself. But the truth is Nicolás Maduro has absolutely no qualifications for an office in a government. Nevertheless, he is President of Venezuela, courtesy of Hugo Chávez.

How he acts shows the limits of his IQ. It also shows the rough personality he attempts to adopt in public, which is his natural attempt to look strong and ready for the fight. Unfortunately not much of value comes out of his soul.
