Doing so would be not following the Intergalactic Supreme Commander's last order before the Cubans unplugged him back in December (Not March). If they replace Maduro, it'll make them look extremely weak and will hurt a lot of whatever support they have left, which isn't really a lot judging from the Chavista manifestation that Maduro called for yesterday. They're basically almost up against the wall now, especially as more and more people start to join the students' struggle and more evidence comes up of the atrocities being committed by pro-government forces.
