So they were being a nuisance but they didn't attack any police. They ran for the most part. The heavily armed Tupamaros kept circling them so they didn't have the fortitude to escalate (no one starts throwing rocks when you have guys with handguns and rifles circling you on motorcycles).

You can watch the full replay if you want, it's only an hour long. I would suggest you at least go to the end to see who was being more violent. spanza also posted some video links about which side is more aggressive.

Hint: it's the side with armed thugs and armed police with APCs...
