Those kids with their home-made gas masks who use oven mitts to throw the tear gas back at the guys with guns are the "bad guys" and poor misunderstood Nicky Maduro, with his Absolute Power of Decree, is just a helpless little victim in this playlet...

Only the people who willfully delude themselves believe that crap!
