Colombia's largest rebel group FARC on Monday released a proof of life video of the French journalist who the rebels vow to release coming Wednesday.

The video of reporter Francois Langlois was sent to Venezuelan news network Telesur who broadcast the video.

In the recording, Langlois identifies himself and is asked questions by a female guerrilla.

"It's weird. Usually I ask the questions. I am the journalist, but ok," the French reporter told the guerrilla in what seemed to be shot shortly after he was taken "prisoner of war" while being embedded with an army unit that came under attack little over a month ago.
