If Venezuela has 3 million of its population living in poor conditions, then that equals to about 10% of its general population. If it was 3 million in the us, it would be around 1% of its general population. The situations are not comparable. Stop trying to find excuses for the failed the government that is the Chavista regime, which has plunged Venezuela to the brink of ruin, especially after Maduro took power.
