And even when "the government" nationalizes the business and takes over the means of production (that should solve the problem, yeah?) why is it that the Venezuelan-manufactured toilet paper is available on the shelves in Guatemala, but not at home?

They need to look to the thieving boligarchs in Maduro's government, and find out who is pocketing the profits, because someone is.
