other than not kick them out earlier. No provision of running water, electricity or services. it was all done by the residents themselves, good or bad as it was.

Considering they are being transfered to government run accomodations, I doubt it will be much better and they will likely be isolated from the rest of humanity if history is a guide. At least the trip up and down to their apartments won't be as tiring.
