2. When U.S. American students apply for and get scholarships to enter Cuba's Havana University's

Medical School, and make it through, after living for nada in Havana, getting their medical degrees, they agree when they return to their own homes in the United States to work for a period for the poor in their own communities, assisting migrant workers, poor urban citizens, Native Americans, rural citizens, people in Appalachia, etc., anyone who has no access to medical treatment available to him/her, and they are MORE than glad to do that. They lower themselves to take their free education and work to help those who NEED their help for their own well being.

That is expected of young Cuban medical students as well, as they also receive their medical educations under the same circumstances. No student loans, they don't need a parent or prosperous sponsor to spend a fortune on their educations. If you imagine they are simply slaves for life, belonging heart and soul to the Cuban government you have been too deeply influences by cheap, stupid, crude propaganda hatched right here in the very same country which has been conducting severe, crippling economic war on Cuba's citizens for over 50 years.

Quite a few Cuban docs have decided to take their free educations and go look for easy pickin's in the States. Stuff happens. Cuban people keep becoming doctors and they keep treating Cuban citizens right at home, giving Cuba the highest health standards in the Americas. So many actually seek to HELP others, not themselves, just as the most childlike among us believe from the first. There are people everywhere who know you can't be happy if you're the only one doing just great.
