I was just in Panama for the first time in June. Pretty cool. Boquete is a popular expat spot in coffee country. Cool evening climate.

I know Ecuador much better though. Colombia would be another option of course but its not Judi approved. Ecuador is unquestionably the cheapest though. Good food too.
