They'll probably call it something "innovative" or "progressive" and say something like "Every nation should embrace this system!" or something in that same vein. Either that, or they'll just pretend it doesn't even exist. Ideologically consumed fools don't aknowledge anything negative done by the governments they like to praise, even if there's a mountain of facts indicating that they're bringing their countries to ruin.
