Che Guevara surely could have stepped right into a far more comfortable life, couldn't he?

When he stepped beyond his social class, and saw the way really poor people were being treated it compelled him to spend the rest of his life trying to change things in order to lessen the suffering of the helpless, abused, scorned, mocked, exploited poor.

That's a hero.
