"Funny" that it is US law that prevents settlements w/Cuba, but yet, congresscritters want Cuba to pay interest on that delay. Worse than Bank of America! Impoverish their nation, and make them pay with interest. Fuckers!

The Diaz-Balart letter of disapproval is included in the record?? I can hear campaign coffers filling now.
