They always follow the same formula: announce it on a date with political significance, say an inconsistent number of officers have been arrested in the most calm manner (no names or ranks given at all,) and it also just so happens to be the president announcing it every time. It's a broken record at this point, nobody gives a shit what Maduro has to say anymore, or at least, 80% of Venezuelans don't.
