The author is pushing his thesis that, if the new Congress does not perform (as he believes it should) Maduro should use questionable legal methods (the author admits that there is no jurisprudence or legal opinion backing his theory) and dissolve the Congress.s

Another fervent believer in democracy, Chavista style.
