That was in 2009. The far-right paper where he publishes his extremist and often anti-Semitic op-eds, La Nación, are the ones that inadvertently embarrassed Macri just a month ago with an op-ed by the very same guy.

Pagni's op-ed, you'll recall, openly called on Macri to end the ongoing trials for crimes against humanity against dictatorship-era officers (which have resulted in over 1,000 indictments and 600 convictions of murderers who until then had gotten accustomed to walking free and, in some cases, living large).
