That violates the Argentine Constitution's guarantee of Habeas Corpus (which Article 43 enshrines even in a state of siege), as well as internationally accepted norms anywhere in the civilized world.

Thank you posting these news, Judi. Amnesty International has taken notice (http://www.amnestyusa.org/sites/default/files/uaa01316_0.pdf); but as Macri's popularity continues to erode, you can be sure she won't be the last such case.
