The man holding him close to his suit is very interesting too: that's Maximiliano Rusconi, his former lawyer (who quit a couple of months ago once he realized his client was nearly impossible to defend).

And Rusconi has never been shy about defending controversial clients. His most famous former client was none other than former President Carlos Menem, whom Rusconi defended (unsuccessfully) during Menem's 2001 trial for arms trafficking to Croatia and Ecuador during their respective wars.

Rusconi also defended General Raúl Gallardo, who was charged (and ultimately sentenced) for ordering the deaths of four Catamarca Province activists during the Dirty War.

A real bottom feeder, you might say.
