You are right. I've sought solidarity with the left for many years. I have worked with the Sierra Club, ACLU, Human Rights Campaign, Democratic Socialists of America, Communist Party USA, Workers World Party, ANSWER, Green Party, Dem Party, I've been a union member. Anywhere there is a progressive cause, you can usually find me! Some progressives in America seem to hold the Latin American left to a standard that they don't even hold their own parties here to. My ultimate goal is for workers to own society through democratic means. I support all movements who get us closer.
