He would be the first one to be investigated and tried when Chavismo loses the presidency. The man's got more dirt on himself than anyone else in history, and Venezuelans know this. I'd say he's even less popular than Maduro himself. Can't wait to see his ugly face behind bars once my country is rid of Chavismo.
