4. Shit stirring has been going on in Venezuela starting with Chavez. He

and his incompetent successor have treated Venezuela's oil reserves as their personal piggy back, Chavez throwing away billions upon billions of dollars trying to garner support for himself as 'leader' of a new Latin American Order and Dim Successor because he surrounded himself with the largest group of kleptomaniacs ever seen. The result is that a country that 18 short years ago was the envy of all of Latin America has now devolved to a near Zimbabwe state of existence where the currency is so valueless that small denomination notes are being used as toilet paper and the ordinary citizens have to fight each other in order to buy a small pittance of foodstuffs. Yep, there has been shit-stirring aplenty. But not from shadowy outside entities - no, the shit stirring has taken place in broad daylight with the entire world now watching the wheels come off.
