1. Maduro is incapable of putting the welfare of his country

above his own half-assed ideological ideas. He doesn't know what to do and hasn't got the balls to be a real leader and take steps necessary to mitigate the huge calamity that is Venezuela today. Instead he'll keep issuing decrees and doing the same things that brought about this catastrophe as more and more innocent Venezuelans die. I think he's practically guaranteeing a golpe de estado, which may be, in his warped thinking just what he wants.
