Someone once described Florida as the place where Latin America vomits up all its fascist criminals.

He tortured and murdered Victor Jara, and the US STILL will not allow him to be extradited to the country where he committed his crimes.

Does that tell us anything?

Thank goodness Joan Jara, has believed justice should have some part to play in this vicious crime against her husband, and its resolution.

Barrientos needs to go home and face the music, stop hiding in a country whose people loved his victim.
