Any chance it was a normal thief is eliminated the moment even one of C.G's spiral notebooks was lifted, too. It would have no value to anyone who's not in government or journalism.
So it would seem appropriate to recognize these acts as formal acts of terrorism from the Macri administration against his opponents. How much more serious would it have to get before people start realizing he's on his way to a dictatorship?
