...rooftop snipers? Why not? All of his corrupt generals are loyal to him, not the people. (After all, once Maduro goes, so does their inflated paydays.)

Maduro saw to it that the Constitutional process of recalling him was stopped dead in its tracks. He then "postponed" gubernatorial and local elections (the process was "too ponderous&quot ... but he can suddenly find a way to re-write the Constitution (that Chavez essentially wrote!) so that he can bypass elections altogether?
