Surprise victory? This isn't a surprise to anyone who has been following what is going on in Venezuela. What is surprising is that Maduro and Chavismo didn't run the board with wins in every seat. Why not? They claimed to have over 8 million people voting "for" the ANC.

85% of the population now living in poverty?
5,400,00% devaluation of the Bolivar?
2000% inflation per annum?
No food? No medicine?
Worst violent crime rate in the world?
