What is contained in the law against "hatred and intolerance" that the ANC discusses?
The document states in one of its articles that the web portals that the State considers to be committed to hate can be blocked

"The fraudulent national constituent assembly (ANC), through its president Delcy Rodríguez and its first vice president Elvis Amoroso, has announced that the so-called "law against hate, intolerance and violence" that they are discussing will allow the State's organs to intervene in the activity of the media and social networks, if they consider that this rule is violated.

El Nacional Web had access to the document that has been the subject of debate in the protocolary chamber two weeks ago, when President Nicolás Maduro proposed it to the plenary.

The imposition of regulations has been criticized by members of the opposition and other public entities, especially by the media; because it would be left to the interpretation of the ANC and its subordinate powers to whom to accuse for the "hate crimes"."

So much for the ANC's mandate to re-write the Constitution and submit it for voters approval.

The last vestiges of liberty and freedom are removed in Venezuela.
