Venezuela gangs, kidnap, decapitate and hang woman who sought police help [View all]

They shoot, decapitate and hang the body of a woman in Valencia
Apr 21, 2018 4:30 pm

A body of a female beheaded was found this Saturday on the main avenue of Las Palmitas in Valencia, Carabobo state.

According to information shared by the incident journalist Ramón Camacho, the woman identified as Rodríguez Carolina del Valle, 38, was forcibly removed from her home by her killers and shot multiple times and wounded with white arms.

Also, they point out that Rodriguez's body was found hanging on a post in the area and beheaded next to a message.

According to the message, the victim had reported to the police gangs in the sector and that would be the motive of the case.

These well armed criminal gangs are referred to as colectivos in Venezuela. Over the last 18 years, Chavismo has supplied them with oil money, arms, motorcycles and legal protection, under the guise that they would defend Chavismo when called upon (the Bolivarian equivalent of the Brown Shirts). The oil money has since dried up (it goes to the military now), so these gangs have gone into the kidnapping, extortion, drugs, prostitution and murder business to supplement their income.

Nothing will come of this. The PNB (national police) serves the Bolivarian revolution, not Venezuela. Maduro has essentially un-funded the professional police (CICPC), who would ordinarily investigate this sort of thing.

95% of Venezuelans live in poverty, with 65% living in severe poverty. Crime is astronomical... but according to the Chavistas, none of this is THEIR fault. This time next month, Maduro will be re-elected and things are bound to improve once he has his mandate to throw out the old defective constitution (he already has) and start with a new Bolivarian/Socialist Cuban-styled paradigm!
