“We don’t want cistern trucks here, we want running water!” “Running water! Running water!” - protesters and the "cacerolazo", a uniquely Latin American protest of El Pueblo.

The NG promised cistern trucks... though the water typically is river water at best and only suited for flushing toilets.

The wheels are coming off the wagon.
